The licensor is Limitless Agency - F.Z.E. With an active subscription or a purchased pack you get a simple, non-transferable licence for every piece of content you download. It applies worldwide, without a time limit and without per-use royalties.
Which license you hold
There are two. Personal covers one person and their own channels. Business also covers client work, large paid campaigns and use across a team. Which one applies to a download is recorded at the moment you download it and does not change afterwards — not even if you switch plans. You will find it on every certificate under "My licenses".
What you may do
- Use it in your own social posts, ads and websites.
- Edit it, cut it, add music and text.
- Use it commercially within your licence tier.
What you may not do
- Resell or pass on the file as a product of its own — anything that replaces Creative Stocks itself. That includes using it as training material for AI models.
- Use it in a context that demeans the people shown.
- Register it as a trademark or logo.
- Share your access with people outside your licence.
- Pornographic, violent or unlawful content.
Sensitive topics
The people shown agreed to general commercial use, not to every imaginable use. For sensitive contexts — politics, religion, health, sexuality, money troubles — you need our prior consent. Just ask, it is quick.
Packs and exclusive content
Content from a purchased pack is licensed exactly like everything else. Content marked “exclusive” is only available through its pack; the licence is the same and does not mean you are the only buyer.
AI content
Content created wholly or partly with AI is marked as such in the app. Depending on the country, copyright in such content can be limited — we grant you the use set out in this licence, not exclusive legal protection.
Private or business
The private licence covers one person and their own channels. The business licence covers a brand or company including the agencies it hires, and allows wider reach in paid advertising. Which one you have is shown in the app under “Manage subscription”.
Downloaded once, yours to keep
The licence for content you have already downloaded stays valid even after your subscription ends. New downloads are no longer possible then.
Content from creators
When creators upload, they assure us they hold all necessary rights and have the consent of the people shown. If a piece of content is withdrawn later, the licence you already acquired stays valid.
If something goes wrong
If it turns out that a piece of content infringes someone’s rights, we take it out of the library and tell you. Our liability is then limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before; the limits in the terms of use apply on top.
Governing law
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies. The place of jurisdiction is Ajman, United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, the mandatory protective rules of your country of residence remain untouched and you may also bring proceedings where you live. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in force.
Governing version
These terms exist in German and in English. The German version governs; the English one is a translation. Where it differs, that is a mistake on our side and we will fix it.
